DELIVERY & RETURNS
With our standard delivery option you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days of your order being dispatched. Standard delivery is FREE on orders over £75.
Orders under £75 delivery will be from £4.50.
We do not accept returns on e-liquid. We will however offer refunds on devices if there is a fault within 28 days of purchase.
If there is a fault with your item please email us at email@example.com and a member of the team will be in contact with further instructions. Please include in the email your order information, the fault description and if possible images and a video demonstrating the fault.
After speaking to a member of the team please post your parcel back to us using the address below. All items must be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note if your item is found not to be faulty, we will contact you to explain our findings and your item will be returned to you. Refunds will not be given if the device has been misused, there is cosmetic damage or liquid damage
Please do not send your device back to the manufacturer unless advised by ourselves.
